HOW TO ORDER:

We can only make your clock as good as the photograph you send.

If ordering on-line, you simply follow the instructions and email your photograph with your order. Files should be at least 200dpi and JPG, TIFF or GIF format. They should be good quality without exceeding 1mB (1000kB) in size.

If you decide to print out the order form and send via the post, you have the option to send an original photograph or a digital photograph on CD or floppy disc. Your photograph will be returned with your clock. Send your order form and payment to:

Please make cheques payable to TICK-CLOCKS.

Note that your post code will be used as your customer reference number, so ensure that you mark your post code lightly on the back of the photo with a pencil. Your photograph will be returned with your clock.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS:

Tick-Clocks are more than happy to ship our clocks to anywhere in the world. The prices shown for postage is in the UK only, so if you order a clock from another country you will be sent another invoice to cover the extra charge to your destination.

• Postage to anywhere in Europe is an extra £3.00
• Postage to the rest of the world is an extra £7.00

PHOTO QUALITY:
We can only make your clock as good as the photograph you send. We also accept digital photographs on floppy disc but please make sure that they are at least 200dpi and in either JPG, TIFF or GIF format.

DELIVERY:
Usually within 7 days, but please allow up to 28 days. All products are carefully and securely packaged to ensure that they arrive with you in perfect condition.
